Sr Animator I

This is an exciting opportunity to join Wonder Hits Studio, one of Aristocrats premier game development studios, creating world-class art and animation content for a global audience.

The role will be responsible for supporting Game Development teams by producing animated content that is engaging, exciting and eye-catching; ensuring our games have the best presence and wow-factor on gaming floors all around the globe.

Combining animation and motion graphics skills, along with a technical appreciation to ensure correct implementation across a range of differing hardware profiles, the successful applicant will be required to create and implement animated content from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

• Working under direction from Art-directors and project stakeholders, create from scratch and / or repurpose existing assets, to produce animated content suitable for Cabinets, LCD and LED signage hardware.
• Creative excellence : ensure content is best in class, on-brand and innovative; attention to detail and deadlines paramount.
• Be a subject matter expert in art and animation creation, implementation and workflows.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical risk, as well as quickly and accurately resolving unexpected issues that can occur during the development process.
• Maintain excellent file organization and follow established processes for asset creation and management, output configuration, IP and reference material etc.
• Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of the art production pipeline.
• Keep up to date on the latest developments within the gaming industry.
• Be part of a global team and draw experience from their depth of experience.
