Seasoned PeopleSoft Developer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft developer to collaborate on the implementation of a workforce planning system in Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft and be willing to work in Chennai.

The successful applicant will be a motivated contractor with a long-term commitment. Fluency in English is essential.

• Develop, test, and deliver processes to extract staff demographic data from PeopleSoft;
• Load historical data from SQL Server database to PeopleSoft;
• Create well-designed and tested programs that meet user expectations;
• Translate functional specifications into high-quality technical specifications;
• Implement workflow in designated areas of the system;
• Maintain project schedules and report progress regularly;
• Prepare technical documents like technical specifications, flow diagrams, ER diagrams, user manuals, etc.;
• Ensure that bank policies, procedures, and standards are incorporated into project design and development;
• Conduct peer reviews on code and test cases prepared by other team members;
• Prepare weekly status reports and participate in status meetings;
