Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an

Event Operations Manager

located in South Delhi. The Activation Manager will be responsible for overseeing event logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of events, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing event budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication with all stakeholders, handling on-site operations, and ensuring that events meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Event Planning & Coordination

Develop detailed event operation plans, timelines, and run sheets.

Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, AV setup, signage, and security.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) to align event objectives and deliverables.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and event partners.

Ensure all vendors comply with safety, legal, and company standards.

3. Budgeting & Financial Control

Prepare and manage event budgets, including forecasting and cost control.

Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within approved budgets.

Handle invoicing, payments, and post-event financial reconciliation.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise on-site event staff, volunteers, and contractors.

Provide clear direction and ensure effective communication among all team members.

Conduct debriefs and performance evaluations post-event.

5. On-site Event Execution

Oversee all event-day operations, including setup, live execution, and breakdown.

Manage troubleshooting and ensure smooth event flow.

Uphold brand standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

6. Post-Event Evaluation

Conduct post-event analysis, collect feedback, and prepare event reports.

Identify areas for improvement to enhance future event performance.
