Job descriptionSAP ABAP HANA development experience. Strong expertise in : o RICEF / RICEFW o OO-ABAP o BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements o SmartForms, Adobe Forms o Data Dictionary Objects Experience with S / 4HANA ABAP : o CDS Views o OData o AMDP o UI5 exposure is a plus Experience working in an offshore–onsite model preferred. Ability to work with global teams and follow structured factory delivery processes. SAP UI5 / Fiori development experience SAP BTP environment exposure Workflow development Knowledge of SAP integration technologies Prior experience in large enterprise transformations Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to interpret work packets independently Commitment to deadlines and delivery SLAs Ability to escalate risks proactively RICEF / RICEFW objects OO-ABAP S / 4HANA ABAP including CDS, OData, AMDP Interfaces (IDocs, RFC, SOAP / REST, BAPI) Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms) Performance tuning Debugging and defect resolution Optional : UI5 / Fiori, Workflow, BTP Hands-on ABAP assessment Coding samples or on-the-spot problem solving Experience with S / 4HANA development Strong communication, specifically clarity in English Availability for long-term engagement Must deliver : o Technical specs / estimates o Code o Unit test results o Documentation Must adhere to : o Naming standards o Transport procedures o Quality gates Factory lead in India will oversee delivery governance
JD : Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP objects across multiple functional workstreams.
- Work on standard and custom development including : o Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF / RICEFW) o OData services o CDS Views, AMDP, and modern ABAP (S / 4HANA) o Workflow, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits
- Participate in ABAP Factory delivery model : o Receive work packets o Deliver code, unit-test results, and technical documentation o Adhere to development SLAs, quality gates, and naming conventions
- Collaborate with onsite coordinators and client teams in US time zone.
- Resolve defects, conduct performance tuning, support integration testing cycles.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and client coding standards.
