Seeking a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience in leading production support and data migration initiatives across reporting and ETL platforms. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting a multi-geo team and ensuring delivery excellence.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
- Lead production support and data migration projects using Power BI, Tableau, SSIS, and ETL tools (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator).
- Experience in 24
- 7 Production Support
- Oversee technical support operations, manage shift rosters, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Act as SPOC for stakeholders, handling escalations and driving resolution.
- Mentor and onboard support engineers;
create and review SOPs for recurring issues.
