Job description

📍 Remote (PST Hours) | 💼 Experience : 3+ Years

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance ; NetSuite certification preferred.
  • 3+ years in NetSuite Financials (GL, AP / AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting).
  • Strong in month-end close , report validation, and reconciliations (e.g., Shopify vs. NetSuite).
  • Hands-on with O2C and P2P flows; experience in eCommerce settlements .
  • Knowledge of multi-revenue models across web, retail, and marketplaces (Amazon / eBay).
  • Proficient in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, KPIs , and dashboards.
  • Familiar with integrations (WMS, Celigo, Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, banking).
  • Strong in process mapping, financial modeling, and data validation .
  • Excellent in problem-solving, documentation , and explaining real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
  • Support month-end / year-end close , reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Manage integrations with WMS, marketplaces, and banks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches .
  • Streamline O2C, P2P, R2R processes and close functional gaps.
  • Model and track multi-stream revenues and settlements .
  • Troubleshoot issues, validate data, and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and SOP documentation .
  • Maintain governance, access control , and audit compliance.
