SBA Design N Code LLP (formerly RSMS Architects) is a multidisciplinary design practice with 22+ years of experience delivering architectural design, documentation, and BIM services across residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, and large-scale projects in India and abroad.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 5–7 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to handling large-scale projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, project coordination, and execution support, while also guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead design development and oversee architectural documentation for assigned projects.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Handle on-site project responsibilities and resolve design / technical issues.

Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.

Mentor and support junior architects and interns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed college / university.

5–7 years of proven experience in architectural design and execution.

Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.

Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.

Strong design sense, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Good communication and decent proficiency in English.
