Our product development organization is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, maintain, and test features for our enterprise software product, Release and Verify.

In this role you will :

• Design and develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating and analyzing problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Improve operations by conducting technical analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Lead team members to achieve their best by supporting a culture of mentorship, continual learning, knowledge sharing of best practices, and contributing to the positive discussion and debate of ideas.
• Support customer escalations and resolve production incidents to improve customer success with 24x7 support on rotation through the team.
