We are seeking a skilled AI / ML Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities :

• Model Development : Design, develop, and implement machine learning models with a focus on LLMs for natural language processing tasks.
• Data Analysis : Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and build predictive models using the latest AI techniques.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define project requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Model Optimization : Fine-tune and optimize ML models and LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• MLOps & Deployment : Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure efficient and reproducible workflows.
• Research & Innovation : Explore and evaluate emerging AI algorithms and technologies to enhance model performance and capabilities.
• Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain codebases and data pipelines for preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Monitoring & Compliance : Continuously monitor deployed models to ensure they meet accuracy, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP to drive innovation and excellence.
