We're looking for an experienced founder to join our venture-building team. This is a unique opportunity to create and lead your own company, with 70% equity ownership.

The ideal candidate should be mission-driven, open-minded, and comfortable with pivots and challenges. You'll have access to up to $500K in seed funding and follow-on potential.

We'll work alongside you to ideate, validate, and launch your startup. Our goal is to create companies that cut 100 million metric tonnes of CO₂e and generate $100M+ in revenue.

• You should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to take calculated risks.
• Experience in climate-tech or a related field is highly desirable.
