We are seeking an experienced SAP BW on HANA Consultant to design, develop, and optimize data warehousing solutions using SAP BW powered by HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning within SAP BW and HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data models in SAP BW on HANA, including InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, and Open ODS Views.

Develop and optimize ETL processes using BW transformations, DTPs, and process chains.

Perform data extraction from SAP and non-SAP sources using standard and custom extractors.

Utilize HANA modeling techniques (Calculation Views, SQL scripting) for advanced reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for BW queries and HANA views.

Support integration with SAP Analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analysis for Office, SAC).

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards .

Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in SAP BW on HANA (7.5 or higher) and SAP HANA modeling .

Proficiency in BW objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, InfoObjects) and data flow design .

Hands-on experience with ABAP for BW enhancements .

Knowledge of SQL scripting and HANA native modeling .

Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BW / 4HANA migration or implementation.

Understanding of SAP S / 4HANA integration .

Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions .
