The Oracle EBS Technical resource will collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements; partner with IT stakeholders to design, develop, and test solutions; engage users and IT stakeholders to test and implement the solution; and finally provide post-production support.
This role demands a strong Oracle EBS technical competencies and comprehensive functional knowledge about Oracle EBS sourcing / procurement processes.
Must Haves :
1) Oracle EBS Technical Competencies : Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions for Oracle EBS Supply Chain processes – primarily procurement and sourcing.
2) Highly skilled in Oracle E-Business Suite's APIs, Open Interfaces structure, Procurement and Sourcing data models, building RICEW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Extension, Workflow) or CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) objects, Forms, Form Personalization, XML Publisher, OA Framework, SQL, PL / SQL (Stored procedures, packages and triggers), Bulk processing, ETL operations, REF cursors, collections, etc.
3) Project & Resource Management : Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and project timelines.
4) Communication & Troubleshooting : Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and resolve technical issues.
5) Technical Leadership : Experience in mentoring developers and managing development lifecycles
What you will do :
1. Architect Oracle EBS Solutions : Design and propose technical solutions for Oracle EBS supply chain modules – primarily Procurement / Sourcing processes
2. Develop, test, and implement Oracle EBS solutions (RICEW objects) to fulfill requirements of iBuy and related projects.
3. Extend post production support to plants / sites already using iBuy and its interfaces with Oracle EBS and other ERP applications and continuously improve solutions based on end-user feedback or requirements of new plants / sites being rolled out.
4. Knowledge Transfer : Onboard and familiarize team members with the existing technology footprint.
5. Task Prioritization : Organize and prioritize tasks in alignment with project deadlines.
6. Parallel Implementation Oversight : Manage multiple implementations simultaneously without compromising quality.
7. Goal Setting & Tracking : Define project goals and track progress through established milestones.
8. Status Reporting : Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and achievements.
