What You’ll Do
- Configure and operate AI-driven playbooks to automate prospect research and outreach workflows
- Support client revenue teams by executing data-driven account research and prioritization
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Monitor workflow quality and ensure SLAs are consistently met
- Collaborate with client-facing consultants to translate strategy into execution
- Conduct data cleaning, enrichment, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
- Document workflows and contribute to internal playbooks for operational excellence
- Communicate progress and updates clearly through reports and team meetings
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative or technical fieldUp to 2 years of work experience in analytics, operations, tech consulting, software implementation, or SaaS delivery environments (e.g., Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, etc.)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detailProficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and comfort working with data toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with high ownership, reliability, and willingness to learn quicklyAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teamsFlexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zonesNice-to-Have
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Sales NavigatorExperience with automation or outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or similar)Exposure to B2B marketing, sales operations, or GTM analyticsBasic understanding of SQL, Python, or data visualization toolsCompensation and Benefits
