We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Admissions professional to join our dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the admissions experience, driving enrolment, and expanding the school’s visibility among target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the Senior Manager Admissions / Lead of Admissions
- Admissions Strategy Development :
- Develop comprehensive admissions strategies for each school segment (pre-schools and K-12 schools) aligned with the overall enrolment goals and objectives of the school group.
- Identify target markets, demographic trends, and competitive factors to inform admissions strategies and priorities.
- Develop and implement initiatives to attract and retain diverse student populations while maintaining enrolment standards and requirements.
- Enrolment Planning and Forecasting
- Analyze historical enrolment data, market trends, and demographic projections to forecast future enrolment needs and capacities for each school segment.
- Develop enrolment targets and quotas for each school segment, taking into account capacity constraints and resource availability.
- Monitor enrolment progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed enrolment targets within established timelines.
- Marketing and Outreach Activities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and outreach activities to attract prospective students and families.
- Plan and execute admissions events, open houses, campus tours, and other activities to showcase the schools' programs, facilities, and achievements.
- Establish partnerships with community organizations, corporate houses, preschools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to expand the schools' reach and visibility.
- Admissions Process Management :
- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
- Develop and implement admissions policies, procedures, and timelines in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Train and supervise admissions staff to provide accurate information, guidance, and support to prospective families throughout the admissions process.
- Data Management and Analysis :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records, including applicant profiles, enrolment data, and demographic information.
- Analyze admissions data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in recruitment, retention, and yield rates.
- Generate regular reports and presentations on admissions performance, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Parent Relationship Management :
- Implement and manage a CRM system to track and communicate with prospective families, applicants, and enrolled students.
- Develop and execute personalized communication strategies to nurture relationships with prospective families and guide them through the admissions process.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns from prospective families in a timely and professional manner.
- Stakeholder Management and Engagement :
- Collaborate with school administrators, faculty, and staff to ensure alignment of admissions strategies with academic programs, resources, and priorities.
- Engage with current families, alumni, and community members to promote positive word-of-mouth and referrals.
- Represent the school group at admissions-related events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and exchange best practices.
These KRAs provide a framework for the Lead of Admissions to lead the admissions function effectively, driving enrolment growth, diversity, and retention across the school group's K-12 segments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.10–14 years of relevant experience in admissions, sales, or client facing / servicing with 7-8 years in a leadership role.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with industry standards. (18-24 LPA)would not be a limiting factor for exceptional candidates
