A boutique law firm is offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and entrepreneurial capital markets lawyer to join as a Senior Associate in its Capital Markets practice. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with the ambition to eventually build an independent practice while leveraging the firm’s resources and platform.

What They’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise : 5+ years of PQE in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and debt offerings, gained at a leading law firm. Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and securities law. Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice to clients.

Business Acumen : A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and offer practical, business-oriented solutions.

Leadership & Ownership : Someone who thrives on autonomy and responsibility, capable of leading deals, managing workflows, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Entrepreneurial Drive : Passionate about building something of their own in the long run, with the firm’s full support and resources to back them.

Exceptional Communication : Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills, with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
