Job Description :

It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on US-based IT & Functional IT positions.

Required Skills :

• 2-10 years of experience with US IT / Functional IT Recruitment.
• Manage & Fulfil end-to-end US-based IT / Functional IT requirements for Full-time and contract hires.
• Experience in Bulk-hiring for US geography, anywhere around 8-10 hiring per year.
• Extensive experience in “self-sourcing” using Job Portals and social media (, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
• Extremely good at stakeholder management.
• Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
• Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
• Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
• Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
• Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
• Experience in building a promising pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translating these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
• Experience working on ATS.
• Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Passionate about recruitment and willing to go the extra mile to close the positions.
• Individuals who love candidate engagement to the core and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
• Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
