JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Recruitment Management module of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes and SuccessFactors functionalities, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure the SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) module according to organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand recruitment workflows and translate them into system requirements.
- Customize and optimize the RCM module to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving RCM-related issues.
- Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of the RCM module.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and releases, recommending and implementing new features.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RCM with other modules or systems.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) implementation and support.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Ability to design and configure workflows, templates, and rules within RCM.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.Certification in SAP SuccessFactors RCM is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Onboarding).Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).About Us
