What You’ll Do

As an Accounts Receivable Associate , you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U.S. freight industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers
• Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
• Following up via email / phone to ensure timely payments
• Reconciling payments and updating ERP / factoring systems
• Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches
• Coordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teams
• Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs
• Assisting with audits and monthly closing reports
