Job Summary :

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic recruiters to join our BPO hiring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes across leading BPO clients. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and KPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Technical Support, Customer Service, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain and update daily trackers and recruitment reports
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements
Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly hiring targets

Required Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of BPO hiring requirements

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.)

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment tracking

Educational Qualification :

Any Graduate / Postgraduate
