Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful FitTech solutions, combining product strategy with agile execution. This customer-facing role involves gathering user insights, driving product enhancements, and ensuring seamless delivery. You’ll manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and a team of product specialists. The role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and a passion for fitness technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new business post-verbal award, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Plan and manage multiple product initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Validate business scope through POC, technical specs, and data analytics to select appropriate technologies.
• Build scalable engineering structures and define team roles to support operational growth.
• Apply Operational Excellence principles including Labour Management and Performance Coaching.
• Translate business needs into scalable designs and manage change control throughout the product lifecycle.
• Direct cross-functional teams, oversee SOP testing with IT, and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain process adherence.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct training, and perform post-implementation audits.
• Communicate effectively, manage risks, and support team tasks to ensure successful product delivery
