We're hiring an Associate Director – Sales (Financing / Leasing) for our client from the Financial Services Industry.

As the Associate Director – Sales, your responsibilities would be :

Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates.

Lead the deal lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, and closing deals.

Expand the client base within your assigned geography.

Help build and mentor city / regional teams as needed.

Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector, specifically in direct debt or leasing.

Proven expertise in structured finance or leasing solutions.

Strong network of relationships with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned markets.

High level of professional integrity and clear communication.
