Job Summary

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations , delivering excellent customer service, and providing essential administrative support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Communication Management :

  • Manage visitor management with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Handle call handling duties , including answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls efficiently.
  • Oversee meeting room booking and maintain an efficient scheduling system.
  • Assist with mail and courier handling (incoming / outgoing).

Administrative & Operations Support :

  • Perform routine data entry and filing tasks to support office records and documentation.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front office reception area.
  • Perform general office administration duties .
  • Coordinate with teams to assist in smooth daily operations.
  • Requirements & Skills

  • Experience : Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role preferred (0.6 to 1 year).
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil is mandatory.
  • Customer Service : Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Work Ethic : Strong multitasking skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Organization : Excellent time management and organizational abilities .
  • Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in administration is a plus.
