About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team to build and scale innovative Fintech and Digital Banking products. Key Responsibilities :

Own and define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Design product prototypes and workflows to validate ideas quickly.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product direction.
Continuously improve product experience based on user insights and data.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to deliver impactful products.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints.
Prepare and present data-informed product pitches and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements :

3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, BaaS, or digital banking domains.

Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS or API-first products.

Strong understanding of APIs and technical documentation.

Demonstrated ability to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation to adoption.

Ability to translate business goals into actionable and creative product solutions.

Skilled in developing and executing product strategies with long-term vision.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels — from developers to C-suite.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for delivering customer value.

Preferred Attributes :

Background in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or other fintech platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills and a “Get Things Done” attitude.

Experience in working in agile teams and delivering within tight timelines.
