Articled Assistant (Indirect taxation)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Performing the audit& assistance assignment as per standards / checklists.
• Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit / assignment.
• Audit / assignment documentation (file & I firm).
• Preparation of draft report, including annexure.
• Involvement in the audit and observation of all the work.
• He / she shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory / memos on various corporate legal matters

Required Qualification :  CA Inter, both groups cleared
