Role Description

We are recruiting full-time on-site role for a lawyer practising and specializing in Corporate and Civil Litigations and Arbitrations.

• Candidates are required to handle cases before all courts and tribunals.
• This includes representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunals and Consumer Courts.
• Your work will involve diverse matters such as amalgamations, demergers, restructuring, shareholder disputes, recoveries, and insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
