Chief Yield Management Officer

Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and creating data integration frameworks, developing algorithms for data analysis, and partnering with digital / IT teams for design and development of software and databases.

Key responsibilities include :

• Designing and implementing yield improvement strategies
• Developing and maintaining data integration frameworks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
• Generating automated yield reports

Requirements include strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in data analysis, failure / defect analysis, and yield improvement. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or equivalent is required.
