About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and articulate
Presales Consultant
to join our Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology possibilities—crafting impactful solution narratives, building client confidence, and contributing to winning proposals.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, articulate clearly, and operate hands-on in creating high-quality presales deliverables including
RFP responses, proposals, and solution presentations .
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with
business, sales, and delivery teams
to design end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions aligned with client needs.
Lead
solution architecture, estimation, and proposal development
for analytics engagements.
Demonstrate
thought leadership and innovation
in analytics platforms, data strategy, and emerging technologies.
Articulate
value propositions, technical feasibility, and delivery considerations
to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support
pre-sales activities , including RFP responses, client presentations, and bid management.
Ensure alignment of solutions with
delivery capability, governance frameworks, and scalability requirements.
Stay updated on
industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
in Data & Analytics to enhance solution offerings.
Must-Have Skills : Proven experience in
analytics pre-sales, bid management, and solution architecture
for data and analytics platforms.
Strong ability to
articulate business value and delivery feasibility
to stakeholders.
Hands-on knowledge of
data platforms, BI / analytics tools, and cloud ecosystems
(e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or business analysis roles.
Experience in IT Services industry is plus, preferably in
Data Engineering, Cloud Modernization, Agentic AI, Analytics, Integration, or PIM / MDM .
Strong understanding of
data lifecycle
and modern architectures (Data Lakehouse, MLOps, GenAI integrations, etc.).
Excellent
business storytelling and presentation skills —ability to translate technical concepts into value-driven narratives.
Experience in
RFP / RFI responses, proposal creation, and bid management .
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset, ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Required Skills
Experienced and well-versed with
PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
for creating professional proposals and presentations.
Hands-on experience with
GenAI tools
for content generation and augmentation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Gamma, Canva, Napkin, etc.).
Proven experience in the
IT services industry
with familiarity in how presales integrates with delivery and sales functions.
Fair understanding of the
sales process , including opportunity qualification, pipeline stages, and client engagement workflows.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
