Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HBM Operator (Horizontal Boring Machine Operator) to handle precision machining of large components. The candidate should have hands-on experience with horizontal boring machines, strong technical knowledge, and a focus on maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate Horizontal Boring Machines (HBM).
  • Perform boring, facing, and milling as per drawing specifications.
  • Align workpieces accurately before machining.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain machines and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HBM machine operation.
  • Knowledge of HBM controls (Fanuc / Siemens preferred).
  • Skilled in handling heavy components safely.
  • Good teamwork, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
