The Opportunity

This isn't your run-of-the-mill gig. As a Backend Developer, you'll shape new products from zero to one, often with AI at the core.

We're looking for someone who thrives on both solid software engineering and creative experimentation.

• Build Core Infrastructure : Design and implement reliable backend systems in Python (FastAPI, GCP / AWS, Postgres), focusing on scalability, performance, and developer ergonomics.
• Experiment with AI : Use GenAI tools, APIs, and frameworks to prototype and integrate intelligent features.
• Own What You Ship : Take projects end-to-end—from ideation and design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Work Closely with Leadership : Partner with leadership to co-create product experiences that fuse backend muscle with AI magic.
• Bring Ideas to Life : Help turn wild ideas into working prototypes, and prototypes into production.
