Hiring for a Solar Manufacturing Company based at Haryana Location.

Job Title : EPC Head & Project Acquisition (Solar)

Location : Karnal (Haryana) – 6 Days.

Department : EPC / Business Development / Project Development

Reports To : Director – Projects / COO

Experience Required : 15+ years in EPC within the renewable energy (preferably solar) sector

Key Responsibilities :

EPC Management :

• Lead the full EPC cycle for utility-scale and C&I solar projects (ground-mounted and rooftop).
• Coordinate and supervise internal and external engineering teams for system design and optimization.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
• Oversee procurement of materials and components, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timeline compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Lead construction management, contractor oversight, and site operations.
