Job Description

Total Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Should be well-versed with Adobe Target to design, execute, and optimise personalised digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Has experience in developing and implementing A / B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation and personalisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalisation, and optimisation.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Adobe Target functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Have an understanding of A4T integration
• Have experience in tag managers such as Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium, etc.
• Have experience in implementing Adobe Web SDK
• Should be able to build Web Analytics KPIs, Technical Requirements and set up different analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM) for different business partners.
• Should be well-versed with Adobe Analytics Features (Variables, Report Suite Configurations, Metrics, Dimensions, Segments, etc.)
