Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in post-production, creative technology, or AI-driven content creation . Proficiency in prompt crafting for tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar. Understanding of post-production workflows — editing, motion graphics, VFX, sound design, and asset management. Strong sense of creative language, storytelling, and visual aesthetics . Ability to bridge communication between creative and technical teams . Passion for experimenting with emerging technologies in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine AI prompts (for text, image, and video generation) to support editing, copy, and design automation.
- Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and creative teams to translate creative briefs into effective AI-assisted workflows.
- Create and maintain a prompt library tailored to post-production requirements (e.G., shot descriptions, scene transitions, visual treatments, localization scripts).
- Test, evaluate, and document AI tool performance (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).
- Work with post-production and automation teams to integrate AI models into existing pipelines (e.G., metadata tagging, script generation, QC automation).
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to video and design production.
- Train internal teams on how to effectively use prompts for creative and operational efficiency.
