Role Overview :

Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows.

You’ll work with Node.Js / Nest.Js and a modern frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue) to implement features, improve code quality and testing, and contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align LLM behavior with real-world user needs.

This is a remote, flexible consulting role with up to $100 / hr compensation — a unique opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to frontier AI challenges.

What You’ll Do :

Build and maintain high-quality JS / TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation.
Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements.
Collaborate on SFT / RLHF dataset creation and process refinement.
Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack.

What We’re Looking For :

Advanced JS / TS (ES6+) skills;

strong with Node.Js / Nest.Js and at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue).

Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability.

Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development.

BS / MS in CS / Engineering (or equivalent).

Strong problem-solving ability and clear English communication for async collaboration.

Offer Details :

Commitments Required : at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST. (We have 3 options of time commitment : 20 hrs / week, 30 hrs / week or 40 hrs / week)

Engagement type : Contractor assignment (no medical / paid leave)

Duration of contract : 1 month;
