Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Oracle Utilities implementation team. This role involves working directly with a utility client in Saudi Arabia to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle’s Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day tasks of a small team, while adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget of the project. This is an onsite position located in Saudi Arabia.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of project deliverables, while ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
• Create and maintain PMO artifacts, such as the project plan and JIRA board, to ensure the on-time completion of project tasks.
• Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage the communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
• Provide project status reports and debriefs to company leadership on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the business and IT organizations.
