AEM Tech Lead (Urgent Search)

Job Oppurtunity with a product based Client in Bangalore :

Experience : - 9-13 years

As the Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, you will oversee the full application development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solutions from design to maintenance. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern development practices will be key to delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Strong technical leadership, a problem-solving mindset, and an agile way of working are essential for success in this role.

Required competencies :

10+ years of experience in AEM development with expertise in Sites, Templates, Sling, HTL, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Clouds.

Strong full-stack experience, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular is a plus).

Proven experience leading development teams, driving technical decisions, and mentoring engineers.

Agile mindset with experience in Scrum / Kanban workflows.

Hands-on experience with version control (Git, TFS) and containerized environments (Docker). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and security.

Responsibilities :

Lead & Mentor – Guide a team of Adobe engineers, ensuring high-quality development and knowledge sharing.

Develop & Deliver – Design, build, and test features using AEM, front-end technologies, and modern frameworks. Collaborate Across Teams –

Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Digital Product Owners to define and implement solutions.

Keep up with the latest AEM advancements and drive innovation within the team. Collaborate with Adobe – Work directly with experts and business users on Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Launch, and Target to optimize implementation and maximize business value
