Creative Visual Merchandiser

Role Summary :
We are looking for a highly imaginative and design-savvy Creative Visual Merchandiser to
bring GIVA’s in-store visual identity to life through compelling storytelling, seasonal
campaigns, and design innovation. This role is pivotal in creating an immersive and
aspirational customer journey, elevating product presentation, and ensuring consistency
across all retail touchpoints.
You will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Design teams to
conceptualize, design, and develop visual content and store layouts that align with brand
aesthetics and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative Concept Development
Design seasonal VM themes, collection launches, and brand campaigns for
implementation across all store formats (exclusive stores, SIS, kiosks).
Develop visual storytelling concepts aligned with product launches, occasions
festive, wedding, gifting), and influencer-led collections.
Interpret marketing briefs and brand strategy into creative window and in-store
display executions.
Plan-o Gram creation.
3D visualization.
Design & Prototyping
Create detailed VM mockups, mood boards, planograms, and window layouts using
digital design tools.
Work closely with vendors and fabricators to prototype and develop display
elements, fixtures, props, and in-store signage.
Collaborate with the Product Design and Packaging teams to ensure a seamless
visual language across customer touchpoints.
Visual Guidelines & Communication
Build visual merchandising toolkits and execution manuals for the regional teams
and store staff.
Ensure that all creative directions align with the brand’s premium and modern
design language.
Maintain a brand style guide for in-store visual presentation.
In-Store Experience Design
Innovate interactive and immersive visual experiences for flagship stores, new
formats, and brand events.
Enhance customer journey mapping through layout recommendations, zoning, and
storytelling flow.
Trend Research & Innovation
Stay ahead of retail, fashion, and lifestyle trends to bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas
to GIVA’s retail spaces.
Benchmark best-in-class visual merchandising practices from global fashion and
jewellery brands.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Communication Design, Interior Design, Fashion
Communication, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a creative visual merchandising or retail design role,
preferably in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, display design, and
campaign development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,
SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar.
Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and retail VM execution processes.
Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
