Designing and developing training program / modules / curriculum / training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
Implementation and delivery of training sessions, and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention
Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and learning evaluation, training tracking and training metrics analysis to measure effectiveness
Measuring training effectiveness and develop subsequent plan of action
Planning and executing the monthly, quarterly and annual Training Calendar
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor relationships, to ensure seamless execution of training initiatives
Provide guidance and support to training leads, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery to drive business requirements
Effective communication, strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Stakeholder management
Technical know-how : PowerPoint, basic excel analytics, proficient in training technology and learning management systems (LMS), virtual training exp., (MS Teams / Zoom), tech savvy
