About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced

Tech Lead

to architect and build

scalable distributed systems and complex data pipelines . You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives. This is your chance to shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and influence system architecture at scale. We value innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.

What you will do :

Lead the design & implementation of

distributed systems ,

microservices , and

event-driven architectures

using

Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes .

Architect

scalable, fault-tolerant

data pipelines and optimize system performance.

Drive infrastructure automation with

Kubernetes ,

GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux) , and

cloud-native

practices.

Oversee

monitoring & observability

using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing.

Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics.

Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.

What you bring : 7–10 years

in software engineering, with

4+ years

in distributed systems.

2+ years

of team leadership or technical lead experience.

Deep expertise in

Go ,

Kafka ,

microservices , and

Kubernetes .

Strong grasp of

database design & optimization

(MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).

Proven success in

scaling systems ,

optimizing performance , and managing

production reliability .

Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus : Experience in

FinTech ,

high-frequency systems , or

MLOps .

Open-source contributions or public speaking.

Certifications (CKA, AWS / GCP Architect) and compliance exposure (SOC2, PCI-DSS).
