About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Engagement Manager to lead and manage test center operations and partner relationships across assigned locations. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, performance management, and a seamless testing experience through strong coordination, documentation, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

Eligibility & Skills Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business / management or equivalent.3–4 years’ experience in operations, partner / vendor management, or client support roles.Strong understanding of SOP-driven operations, compliance, and audits.Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with analytical reporting ability.Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments.Willing to travel and comfortable with extended or weekend work when required.Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.
