Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate candidates for content, production, and technical roles.

Manage hiring pipelines from sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and update hiring dashboards.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Assist with internal initiatives related to culture and engagement.

Role Overview

We’re hiring someone who thrives in a creative environment. This role is about more than filling positions — it’s about finding the right person for the right role!

You’ll work directly with the founders and team leads to build hiring systems for editors, producers, designers, and other creative professionals. Expect open discussions, quick decisions, and the freedom to experiment with new ideas.

Ideal Candidate

Passion for YouTube, digital media, and the creator ecosystem.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to take ownership and work independently .

Eager to learn how content teams are built from ground-up.

Based in Bangalore and on-site work.
