Job Summary :

We are hiring a Market Research Consultant to support primary research within our Data Processing team. This full-time role involves working closely with internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled in data processing tools, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and meeting timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Act as single point of contact for data processing needs within assigned projects

Analyze data using Q Research Software, SPSS, and Excel to meet project goals

Prepare and manage datasets, including variables, weights, and statistical outputs

Work closely with internal research teams to align objectives and ensure quality deliverables

Deliver assigned tasks accurately and on time throughout the project lifecycle

Support data validation and internal quality control processes

Stay flexible with changing project needs while maintaining high standards and deadlines

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution and impactful insights

Ensure compliance with client-specific and internal regulatory standards

Qualifications and Technical :

Bachelor’s in computer science, Information technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Proficient in IBM SPSS and Microsoft Excel

Hands-on experience with data analysis and tabulation tools such as Q Research, Displayr, Market Sight, Survey Reporter, Quantum, Win Cross, or Askia

Familiarity with Java Script, Python, R, and VBA is a plus

Strong foundation in mathematics and programming logic

Experience & Core Competencies :

4.5+ years of experience in market research, including 2+ years in healthcare market research

Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

Exposure to healthcare data sources, HCP / patient data, or global health markets is an advantage

Adaptable to changing project requirements while maintaining high-quality output
