We are looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent to support a gaming client. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email , ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email support
- Assist users with game-related issues, account queries, and general support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with players
- Use Discord for internal communication and customer interactions where required
- Follow support guidelines and maintain service quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Requirements :
