Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, technical, analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing and inspiring a team to achieve high performance and innovation.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of database systems (Rational and non-rational).
- Strong understanding of Devops and familiar with tools used in CICD pipeline : such as Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube.
- Expertise in , Java.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern containerization technologies.
