Your Responsibilities :

Enrich the Hire-to-Retire Product Team by bringing in your interest in HCM topics and technical understanding

Analyze and translate client needs into system functionalities and workflows

Support global project work, such as the implementation of Oracle HCM, as part of the Hire-to-Retire Product Team and prepare for continuous operation

Take responsibility for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software, e.G., Oracle HCM, as the technical counterpart for HR

Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international colleagues to strengthen Business IT

Your Profile :

Successfully completed degree in Business Management, Informatics, or a comparable education

1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Business IT, ideally with a focus on Hire-to-Retire processes

Knowledge of Oracle HCM is beneficial

Understanding of business processes in Hire-to-Retire as well as accounting and controlling.

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style

Enjoy working in teams, including cross-departmental collaboration, paired with strong communication skills
