BIM Technician

Position : Architectural BIM Modeler (Revit) – 2 to 5 Years

Location : Mumbai, India

We’re looking for an Architectural BIM Modeler who’s skilled in Autodesk Revit, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership in shaping our BIM standards as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage Revit architectural models through all design stages (concept to construction).
• Prepare accurate drawings, documentation, and schedules from the model.
• Create and modify Revit families, templates, and libraries in line with our BIM standards.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Support the team in setting up BIM workflows and maintaining model health and organization.
• Participate in internal design discussions and contribute to improving modelling efficiency.
• Assist in visualization outputs (Enscape / Twinmotion) and presentation sheets.
