Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Consultant based in Jaipur. The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to clients' needs. Tasks include gathering and analyzing client requirements, developing workflows and automations, integrating ServiceNow with other systems, and providing post-implementation support. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that the deployed solutions efficiently meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Software Development
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and related processes
• Ability to handle Integration tasks and work with Databases
• Strong Project Management skills to deliver solutions on time
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus
