Creative Lead - Presentation

Job descriptionWork closely with bid managers, business development teams to translate content into engaging, client-centric narratives. Provide guidance on tone, structure, and visual hierarchy for maximum clarity and persuasion. Maintain consistency in design standards across all bid documents. Review and refine content for visual appeal, readability, and alignment with client expectations. Introduce new design tools, templates, and best practices to streamline creative processes. Stay updated on industry trends, part of a bid & proposals and or creative design community Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets. Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers, when needed. Bachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 10+ years of experience in creative design, preferably within bid management, marketing, or consulting environments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design tools. Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and persuasive communication. Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. Experience in B2B proposals or complex solution selling. Ability to simplify technical concepts into visually compelling narratives. Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative skills.
Role
The Creative Lead within the Bids & Proposal Management team is responsible for elevating the visual and narrative quality of proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. This role combines strategic thinking, design expertise, and storytelling to create compelling, brand-aligned content that differentiates our bids in a competitive marketplace.
