Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization design initiatives and structural reviews
- Manage job evaluation frameworks and maintain job architecture
- Oversee HR data accuracy , audits, and analytics reporting
- Develop and implement competency models for performance and development
- Collaborate with HR COEs on governance, talent frameworks, and change initiatives

Strong in HR analytics & data visualization (Power BI / Tableau)Experience with HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday)Knowledge of OD principles , job evaluation, and competency mappingAnalytical mindset with strong program management and stakeholder skillsSkills Required
