About the role
We’re looking for a rockstar Product Marketing Manager looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the entire product marketing function to drive product adoption, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute and own our Product marketing strategy & activities, across product launches, customer / competitor research initiatives & sales enablement programs
Craft OrbitShift’s online brand in line with our vision & goals
Work closely with founders to establish major go-to-market strategies
Conduct in-depth market research, customer & competitor analysis, follow and analyze market trends to position our product for our target audience
Develop & execute product marketing strategies and campaigns (messaging, pricing, advertising, product launching), and own marketing budget & ROI
Collaborate with various teams like Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, etc to implement marketing strategies
Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
Identify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns & product usage
Analyze sales data and channel information and then create plans to improve product line sales, highlighting our value proposition
Create training materials and programs for the sales & customer success teams
Create strong online momentum ahead of and during product launches, key company milestones & own PR
Organize and run product-focused events and webinars to engage customers
and prospects
Requirements
Mandatory- 5+ years of relevant Product Marketing experience in Series B stage, B2B SaaS startups targeted to US Enterprise customers
Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for similar products for similar audience
Deep knowledge of strategies for different types of integrated marketing campaigns, market trends, marketing channels, etc
Hands on experience with marketing automation, SEO marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, blog management, website management, social media management, paid ads, analytics, etc
Proficiency using CRMs & web analytics tools like Google Analytics, etc
Stellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skills
Good technical proficiency & understanding of complex tech products
Proven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams
Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Product, Strategy, etc is required. Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
