💼 We’re Hiring : Manager – Operations (Apparel / Knitwear Manufacturing)

📍 Location : Faridabad | 🕐 Immediate Joiner Preferred

💰 Salary : 7- 9 LPA Max

We’re looking for a technically sound and dynamic professional to lead end-to-end operations at our knitwear manufacturing unit in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving production efficiency while maintaining top-notch quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all departments – Cutting, Processing, Stitching, and Finishing
• Ensure timely production and delivery as per buyer timelines
• Maintain and enforce all SOPs, quality, and inspection procedures
• Coordinate closely with teams to achieve daily and monthly production targets
• Drive process efficiency and ensure compliance with international quality standards

Requirements :

✅ 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within a knitwear or apparel manufacturing unit

✅ Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform under tight timelines

✅ A go-getter attitude with hands-on experience managing floor operations

✅ Must have own conveyance and reside near Faridabad

✅ Immediate joiner preferred
